Who I Am

I'm Stephane WAMBA, an AI engineer based in Paris with 3 years of experience building LLM systems. I design RAG architectures, autonomous agents, production MLOps pipelines, and full-stack AI products that solve concrete business problems.
I specialize in conversational AI, document intelligence, and AI integration. Each system I build is designed for real-world deployment from day one: proper error handling, monitoring, security, and performance. I focus on business outcomes: systems that deliver measurable value and handle actual workloads.
I work end-to-end on every project: from understanding business requirements and framing the problem, through architecture and development, to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. This full-cycle approach ensures systems are built right from the start and continue to perform reliably in live environments.
My approach combines hands-on development with continuous learning. I share my process through my Blog, documenting real challenges and solutions. This keeps me current with best practices while contributing to the community.

Independent, mainly asynchronous engagements covering the full product lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to cloud deployment. Delivered Lomdie, a premium matchmaking platform with its operational back office, and ManssĂșetude, a content and community platform with a member area and complete administration tools. I also deliver AI agents, RAG pipelines, automations, and web applications directly with founders and product teams.
AI Engineer
QuRISKSeptember 2024 - July 2026
Designed and industrialized the AI tools used by QuRISK consultants and delivered to clients. Built oQo, a multi-agent assistant that queries PQC and NIST corpora to assess quantum exposure and generate compliance reports, an autonomous consultant mission-search agent, and a hybrid RAG infrastructure with adaptive chunking, semantic reranking, continuous evaluation, and production monitoring. The stack combined Python, FastAPI, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS.
